Retire as extremidades e corte-as no meio (sentido longitudinal). Retire o miolo da abobrinha com o aux\u00edlio de uma colher de sobremesa, deixando uma espessura de aproximadamente 1 cm. Reserve. Leve as cascas para cozinhar no vapor ou no microondas. Acrescente aos poucos \u00e1gua para cozinhar e hidratar a PTS (a abobrinha j\u00e1 libera um pouco de \u00e1gua, n\u00e3o acrescente muita \u00e1gua para ficar um recheio mais consistente). Coloque as cascas das abobrinhas em uma assadeira e recheie. Leve para assar em forno m\u00e9dio at\u00e9 que sequem um pouco.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Molho:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nMisture bem todos os ingredientes e leve ao fogo baixo mexendo at\u00e9 engrossar.
